I had my garage door examined and after a discussion with the technician, decided to have it completely over-hauled which resulted in it performing like brand new. I chose Precision based on their availability and compatibility to my own time schedule. The technician (Josh B.) was early and called to inform me he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked extremely fast. I was briefed on what needed to be done and presented with various options to choose from without any pressure to pick any particular option. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to any of my friends.

I had a previous quote last year and really liked the professionalism as well as the products. I decided to wait on a new door but called this date for a new garage door opener and ended up also getting repairs to the existing door. Eric did a great job.
