On time; repairman very appropriate and quick to offer alternatives; patient in answering all questions. Appeared knowledgeable. Told me what he was going to do; did it. So far, I would say 4.5 stars. Did feel some pressure to make more decisions than I had planned, but hopefully I chose right. Ask me in a year how it is all working.
