Technician arrived on time int he window suggested. Explained his steps and got right to work. He finished quickly, pointed out some concerns and options for my consideration. He also double checked with me before doing some extra work I asked him to do replacing a battery back-up. I appreciated the quickness, throuroughness, and the results. No more squeaking and squealing.

Within two hours of calling the office, Jeremy was at our home to fix the problem with our garage door not opening and closing. He knew immediately what to do, and did it in a friendly, efficient manner despite the cold. A warranty was honored and our problem taken care of. I selected Precision after consulting Angir's List and then visiting Precision's web site. It's amazing how many 5 star reviews Precision has. The technician who performed the work, Jeremy, was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. Precision gets 5 stars from me.

Eric was quite the professional. He phoned 10 or so minutes before arriving, and when he did arrive he presented himself very well. He was careful to inform me that as soon as the problem was diagnosed he would conference with me and explain my options and the prices. We had a new door opener and keypad installed. Afterward Eric called me out to the garage and operated everything in my presence, explaining as he went along. All in all I am very pleased with Eric's professionalism. As far as I am concerned he sets the standard for what I like to see in repair professionals.

Josh was great! He explained things and was very helpful to my Husband who is a real Jack of all trades . We have rentals and have used other garage door co. in the past. We were not very happy with the service or work ethics. Josh put in new bearings , cables and new springs. Showed up on time and worked right threw the job. My husband was very impressed and he is hard to please. I have many people call me for references all the time so if you think about it please send some cards for me to pass out. Like I said I have many rentals and I am always happy to pass along a good service provider. Thanks for making this happen so fast today.
