The technician arrived on time and was able to identify the problem right away. The necessary repair (frayed cable) was under warranty, so the only charge was the service call. He made the the repair efficiently and had a friendly manner. Great work!

Garage door would not stay closed. Repairman fixed problem, and also checked springs, rollers, the inside of the opener. We decided to install the teflon rollers as well. Door is much quieter. Mike was on time, efficient, and thorough.
