Although there was a misunderstanding on the quote, they still honored their quote. The gentleman who came out on a Sunday night emergency came much earlier than designated time - we were so pleased! He called us to tell us he would be early and he called us right before he came. He fixed our garage in no time and was very professional. I really liked the fact that you send an email confirmation with pictures so I know what and who to expect. Thank you for really good service.

The technician that showed up was professionally dressed and was the technician that I was told would show up. His picture was given to me prior to his arrival. I found the experience to be very professional as well as educational. Being a mechanical engineer I knew how to fix this they did not have the capability.
