He showed me exactly what was wrong, and made the repair quickly. In addition, he showed me other needed repairs, and gave his professional opinion, but was not pushy or aggressive that I have the repairs made that day. He was understanding of my situation, and made me feel comfortable with my choice. As a manager myself, I know it is very rare to find individuals of this caliber, and Precision is lucky to have Mike representing the company.
