Mike did a fabulous job when he came out to assess what we needed to replace our door. He worked with us -- even talking to my husband on the phone a few times to make us feel comfortable with our selection. He patiently problem-solved with us and worked with the office to get us the best results possible. He certainly went the extra mile with us to ensure our satisfaction with the process. At this time I am having trouble getting my home receivers built in to my autos to open the door. I have a 2012 Altima SL and a 2013 corvette GS that will not work the door. My 2014 Murano works. I may need another clicker to carry with me. I am very happy with the door. 5 stars.

Regular service call pricing for outside of normal business hours is great! Prompt arrival with call beforehand that tech was on the way. Everything on truck to make needed repairs and / or replacement. Quick, efficient and correct install. Wish that service charge would be waived if purchasing replacement.

I was glad that I was able to call on a Friday night and get an appointment for Saturday. I was disappointed that my 12-2 window turned into a 4 o'clock appointment. I also didn't realize there would be a fuel charge. Once the technician arrived he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in about 20 minutes.
