I was really pleased that our service charged was waived as we'd had Precision come out just a week ago and do extensive work. The technician was very friendly and professional. He made a few minor adjustments to our sensors and calmed our worries about our door. Thanks again, Precision!

Eric was very friendly and helpful. He made all of my options clear and outlined the best procedure for fixing our garage door.
