My husband and I were so pleased with Jeremy. He came in and introduced himself to both of us and then in minutes he had the price and we agreed and he wasted no time in getting the job done. After he was done he showed us the items he had to replace and said he had checked the rest of the door opener equipment. No sales pressure and I like that. Would I call you guys again, YES, and would hope to get Jeremy.

The service was great, and the technician was good, but I was blind sided by the cost. I was quoted with a reasonable estimate for a spring replacement but when the fees were tacked on it was almost double the estimate.
