Jeff was on time and very friendly. He pointed out what was needing repair and gave me a few choices on what he could do to fix the problem. After I made my choice on what I wanted done he immediately went to work and had the garage door working like new in a very short amount of time. I will recommend Precision Garage Door to all of my friends and co-workers. Great job Jeff!

Had Mike out today to repair track on my Precision Garage doors purchased in June, 2013. What a fine GENTLEMAN you have working for you. I would hire him in a heartbeat. He explained what was wrong in detail---asked if I was now satisfied and asked to help get the company more referrals from my friends and neighbors. He asked if there was anything he could have done better. What an excellent employee you have in Mike. I will see if there are any other people around here that might need garage work done and will have them ask for Mike. Eric was prompt, explained the work and performed it in a timely manner: garage door overhaul. Initial problem was broken springs, he found and repaired other issues. It took about an hour. The only negative is the cost.

I first met you through a "big deal" from Angie's List last summer. In hindsight I wish I had gone ahead with your recommendations at that point! Instead, your guys had to come out in this awful arctic freeze - and my car was stuck out there, too. Josh and his trainee came out right on time, explained to me what the problem was and were able to fix everything within about 1.5 hours. I'm happy now, and so is my poor car - thanks so much!

Had spring break. Service was performed as promised. They were on time as promised and performed work on a late Sunday evening. We were able to use the door the next day to get to work without any delays. For this, we were very grateful.

I chose Precision because of their specialization in springs. Their instructional video in springs was very helpful. Communication was excellent. They worked within our budget to get the essential repairs done without pushing for upgrades we couldn't afford. Andrew was courteous and conscientious despite the bitter cold and tight schedule.

My original call was to have my existing garage door checked for proper operation. It was decided that a new door was called for. The service technician set down with me and we made a decision on how to progress with getting a new door installed. The technician said that there was a two to three wait for an installation date and that was ok with me. In the next day or two someone called and said that they had an opening and that they would be out in a couple of days. I took a day of vacation to be home the day of the install, but at the last minute I received a call that there was a panel missing from the new door and they couldn't come out and do the work and they would call me to reschedule. A week or so later the work was rescheduled and I took another day of vacation to be home, but when the install crew arrived they found that the wrong size door had been ordered and could not complete the work. Again I received a call and an apology about the delays and a new scheduled install date. Again I had to take a day of vacation to be home. Finally after three attempts and the loss of three days of vacation the install was completed. I am not angry with anyone in particular and the service technician was great but from a customer service standpoint the ball was dropped several times and I will not call Precision to do any more garage door service work in the future.

Hi Ronald, I am sorry for the problem with the manufacturer on the first date of installation. Unfortunately they gave us bad information that led to us scheduling the install prematurely. Your second scheduled date was on Jan 6th, 2013. That day the state of Indiana was "emergency only" driving due to heavy snow/ice, and extremely cold temperatures. We work hard to schedule accurately, however sometimes we can't keep our appointments for reasons beyond our control. Thank you for the feedback, and we will continue to do everything in our power to avoid these issues in the future. Joel Belyew

Technician Mike arrived and explained every step of our garage dual door spring repair. He was very competent and answered all of my questions as he worked, showing me different areas of wear as he went. I will also post a positive review on Angie's List and I will recommend this company to friends/family that need any type of garage door repairs.

I was incredibly pleased with the service I received from Precision Door. I was expecting to get an appointment in a few days - or at best, I would have to schedule time off work to accommodate the technician. Not only was my service call the next day, but it fit my schedule. I wouldn't consider another company.
