The service was done in a timely basis but there was confusion on the price quoted by the technician for a re-build. The final bill was higher that what I had agreed to. I called and the owner explained the charges but when 2 people are giving consent both people need to be made aware of ANY changes to avoid confusion.

I originally called based on advertisement. I spoke to two companies and elected to go with Precision based on the answers I recieved from customer service. The initial visit by Geoff Edwards was great, and he directed us well in order to make our decisions easier about the repair. The only hiccup occurred when there was an incorrect service date put in for the return visit to complete the repair. However, Geoff came back for the repair, and I was very pleased with his work and professionalism.
