I had previous outstanding service from Precision several years ago and called them again because of that. Once again,, expectations were exceeded.Josh called to let me know he was close and upon arrival analyzed the situation quickly. He provided two options for repair. When asked which he would chose if it was his door, he explained why he would go with option A based on my situation. In order to complete the repair, I needed to get a car out of the garage space but the battery was dead. Josh gave me a jump and watched the car while it ran in the driveway. He quickly corrected the problem with the door and explained how to make sure I got the most time out of the equipment installed. Josh was kind and professional and very helpful with the decision. Can't say enough good things about him

Mike's thorough inspection revealed a key component that was worn beyond repair. Mike fielded my many questions as we discussed several new door opener options. After which, I was able to make a confident choice of opener and he installed the new opener promptly and methodically. This is my first time using "Precision". KEVIN U gets a 5 STAR for going above and beyond. I provided review on your Google option. Kevin arrived promptly, could see the problem, determined the fix. Kevin also lubricated all hinges after listening to the door go up and down from the garage door opener, and also listened to the door go up and down without the garage door opener. Kevin installed new REMOTE garage door opener - allowed me to open from the outside as if I just got home. Kevin found a small nail protruding on the east side causing a rub and also a small nail on the west side. Kevin took the time to share where the program button was on the garage door opener, if needed in the future. BILL
