Where do is begin? Ben was absolutely phenomenal! He answered all my questions and concerns. He was able to find the issue immediately and took the time to explain what happened. He was extremely thorough with his explanation and reassured us that we would be taken care of. If I ever experience a garage door issue, I would only be returning to precision garage because of Ben. Such a wonderful person.

Josh Brewer was the technician who came to provide me with an additional garage door opener as well as to do routine service on my garage door. He found some concerning maintenance issues and thoroughly explained them to me as well as to two gentlemen who serve with me on the Board of Directors here at Lions Head Condominiums. It was determined that wee would opt for a repair that would provide us with a long-term solution. Josh was articulate, knowledgeable,and finished the work quickly. It is my intent to recommend to our Board, the we consider Precision Door Service for future needs here at Lions Head and I will also share with our property manager, KMC, so they could add you to our preferred provider list. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Josh and Precision Door Service!

I called Precision Garage Door in the morning, and Robert came out that afternoon. He examined our garage door and opening mechanism, and then explained to us what he had found. He wrote up several different options that we could take in fixing the issues and left it up to us to make the decision. No pressure at all! Once we had decided which option to take, he went to work right away fixing it. When he was done, our garage door worked smoothly and much more quietly. Robert was friendly, pleasant, efficient, and happy to answer all of our questions. I definitely recomment Precision Garage Door!

Josh B did an exceptional job fixing my garage door. My garage door needs two torsion springs, but for some reason only had one. The spring broke, along with having some other parts wear out. Josh made quick work of the issues that needed resolved, and I’m very satisfied. I called to schedule an appointment in the evening, and the next day my garage was fixed. I recommend Josh and Precision!

Precision sent out Nick. He was very professional. He explained everything. Replaced the springs and the torsion cables , and was done in an hour 1/2 he did a great job the door works better than it did before the springs broke.

I always use Precision Door Service of Indianapolis. My latest service call was due to a loud screech when the door was opened or closed. I also need to have the weather strip on the bottom of my door replaced because field mice were getting in my garage! Andrew, my technician arrived very soon after I called. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. Also very good. He fixed the squeak, and installed a new weather strip in a short time. I recommend Precision Door Service of Indianapolis if you have garage door problems. You even get a discount if you have their sticker posted in the garage!

I had been in need of having someone check out why my garage door wasn't operating properly. Monday evening I saw the commercial for your company on television. Tuesday morning I called and was given a time that afternoon. Shortly after my call, I received a call from a very nice lady in your office advising me that she had a technician that could actually come out within in the hour if I wanted. The technician was here in about 30 minutes to check out the problem. Eli was the technician and was very informative as to what he was doing and why. He was only here for a very short while and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in no time flat! I would definitely call your company in the future if needed. I’m a repeat customer. Precision has always done a great job. It was a good experience from Brooke who answered the phone when I scheduled the appointment to Nick who diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener & fixed it promptly. I was disappointed to learn after the service of the $23.00 fuel surcharge. I understand gas prices are up & don’t mind paying a fuel surcharge but $23.00? Based on $4.00 a gallon for gas & a truck that gets 10 miles a gallon (very conservative on the mpg) that means I paid for 57.5 miles of gas for your vehicle?? As Joe would say “Come On Man”
