WOW!!! GREAT COMPANY & TECHNICIAN. Couldn't get garage door opened. Called Precision and they were on top of it. Corey was the technician, called prior to arriving. Said he could make it earlier than window of time given. Was thrilled! He was very professional, great personality and showed me in detail what was wrong. He gave me a few options in fixing it and not pushy at all. Worked in a closed garage with heat at 90 degrees. Was quick in completing the job, cleaned up everything and was a pleasure to deal with. You've got a great employee there. Will definitely call Precision should I need future work.

I just bought my first house, and the inspector told me to have the garage door and opener checked out. Ryan examined my (very, very old) garage door and inoperative opener. He took the time to explain everything that was broken, and what my options were for fixing or replacing them. After working through the details on all the doors that fit my budget, I felt comfortable in making the best choice for my new house. Brandon was the tech assigned to our call yesterday evening. First, he was on time and very service oriented. Second, he listened and from there looked over the issue and explained what he was going to do to diagnose the problem. Third, he cared. Cared enough to help us understand the problem and cared enough to work with us on the solution. Brandon is a great technician but most importantly a great person. Our dog even liked him. I give five stars to Precision Doors. Once I submitted an online request for a service quote, I was contacted immediately to schedule a visit. My technician showed up on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased that he honored my request to stay within a certain budget and gave me 3 options to replace my old garage door opener and install a keypad. My technician was Vladmir and he answered all my questions with clear and precise answers. By the way, the new unit is SO much more quiet than my old opener. Due to Vladmir taking the time to explain my options , I chose a unit that has 2 chains instead of one chain and a pully. I'm very happy I chose to call Precision. I learned alot about garage door openers from Vladmir. He is a wonderful employee. I really appreciate that he kept my options simple and easy to understand.
