I found the service to be a great experience. I placed a call on an evening and requested a service for the following morning. I had a time between 8:00-10:00 and Mike called in advance and showed up at 8:00. I had just had ankle surgery and was not mobile, Mike to photos so he could bring them to me to show me the problems. He also gave me 3 options. I found him to be very professional and personable. I would recommend this company to anyone

Garage door broke in am. Went up, but wouldn't come down. Called Precision, they sent someone out that am. Cable broke on one side, but had other issues as well, due to it's age. Ryan did an excellent job. Not pushing. Just gave us options, and allowed us to choose freely. He pointed out issues that needed immediate attention; recommended items that should be tended to now or in the near future due to the age of the door; and optional items if wanted an upgrade. Personnel on the phone were friendly; same morning service; and excellent service on the garage door. I would recommend Precision to my personal friends if they need their door fixed. Thank-you. This was a painless experience for us.
