My son's garage door opener had had broken and when we were checking it out discovered that the spring was also broken. I called Precision and they could come out that day but neither of us could be around so I made an appointment for the next day. My son and I installed a new opener before the service tech Tyler arrived. Tyler called before scheduled time and asked if he could arrive early and that was great. Tyler arrived and diagnosed the issue, discovered some other issues, explained them to me, wrote up an estimate with a couple of options for repair. Option to go with was decided and off to work he went. In less than an hour, job was done. I stayed with him through the process and he explained everything as he went along. Tyler is very friendly, and knowledgeable, I'd say he is an asset to Precision. He even set everything up with the new opener before he left, also made sure all was cleaned up when done. Thank You ! I'd give him a raise !!!

The Precision service rep, Kevin Ulery,was on time, was very respectful and outlined other possible problems beyond the initial reason for the service call the that might occur within the next three to five years and the related cost if I wanted to consider a repair today. He blew out any leaves and loose dirt from my garage before leaving and also programmed my garage door opener into my car. I would be most happy to recommend Precision, and Kevin in particular, to family, friends and neighbors.

I'm not sure how Precision Overhead Garage Door Service does it but they give great customer service continuously. I called them to repair my mom's garage door and it was handled within the hour. I had another company install her door and they came out and said "yes that's our sticker but I have no idea who installed your door." What does that even mean, honor your work and fix the issue. How sad and what lack of integrity. If you want your garage door done right the 1st time Precision is the company to select.

Hello Precision. James came to my home yesterday to determine the issue I was having with my garage door. He did his inspection and reported back to me with my immediate problem as well as some potential problems. Along with that, he offered solutions that I felt were very reasonable. Working with James was a very pleasant experience. I can't believe I spent more money than I had expected, purchasing everything except the door itself, but I felt like it was money well spent. Great job James! Also, I really appreciate James for taking the time to help me sync my Smartphone with my new garage door opener. You are definitely a 5 STAR!

EXTREMELY impressed with Precision's service. I called around 5:00 on a Sunday afternoon when I found the cable mounts and springs had failed expecting to have to schedule a time for a visit later that week. Instead, they had a technician out by around 6:00 and had the repairs completed in a couple of hours. The tech Precision sent out, James Vanderbur, is a top notch professional who went above and beyond to get the repairs made and to ensure the doors were properly adjusted and in top working order. I highly recommend Precision with no hesitation!

This is an awesome company. I did my research prior to contacting this company and I am not disappointed! The technician, Ben, arrived on time, was personable, courteous and informative. I felt Ben was upfront and honest and after discussing the garage doors with him, I've decided that over the summer to get an insulated garage door from Precision. Service repair was quick and I am certainly NOT disappointed. He did provide me with estimates so that I am clear on the expenditures. Ben was great! Precision hasn't done me wrong yet. Had Eric before. Glad to have him again. He always done a great job. Garage door would not open all the way. He showed me what was going on with the pictures he had taken and it looked crummy. Replacement of the gears, door opener, and keypad on outside. Works better and is very quiet when opening and closing.

First of all, Karen through the "Chat" was very responsive and communicated clearly your services. She answered my questions and made this process very simple and easy. James Vanderbur was here until after 8pm making sure we were taken care of. After he installed the garage door opener, he made sure everything worked properly and then he suggested replacing the rollers on the door which we did. He did a great job on the installation and was very friendly and helpful. Love the service they do! Cables snapped and garage door would not work! Came out same day and fixed it at a reasonable price! This is the second time we’ve used them. I see new garage doors in our future of course Overhead Garage Precision will be the ones to get them and installed them!
