After hearing a loud bang, and realizing my tension spring broke, I called Precision and set up a same day appointment. Our garage door was serviced and repair by Nick and he was extremely professional and helpful! He took the time to show me other issues in the door that may cause an issue further down the line and made the repairs. The garage door is a lot quieter and he even helped me program my existing keypad. I would definitely recommend Precision to any and everyone!
