I called Precision when the spring broke on my 25 year old garage door. The complete experience was what you hope for if you have a needed repair. Quick scheduling, telephone call before arriving as promised, well trained technician, an understanding of the cost before repair, and a review of what was done.... and a working door. 5 1/2 stars.

The technician Andrew arrived right on time to our house. He was very professional and explained everything to us in a way that we could understand. I am so pleased with every aspect of your company's service. When I placed the service order by phone with Amanda yesterday (Oct. 6), she was very professional and helpful.
