I called Precision when the spring broke on my 25 year old garage door. The complete experience was what you hope for if you have a needed repair. The technician Andrew arrived right on time to our house. He was very professional and explained everything to us in a way that we could understand. I am so pleased with every aspect of your company's service. When I placed the service order by phone with Amanda yesterday (Oct. 6), she was very professional and helpful. I sent my reaction to the email confirmation as soon as I could, as I felt it was a fantastic idea. Today, your tech, Jason Cooper was THE BEST! He made some repairs and was very patient while my husband and I made the decision if we should purchase a new door or not. A very kind young man! We will highly recommend your firm.
