The technician arrived exactly on time, finished the work quickly and professionally. I tested the door multiple times and asked so many questions. yet, he was patient and friendly the whole time and answered the questions very clearly. Very satisfied with the results, now I know why the business gets five stars reviews.

Jeremy did a great job. Very knowledgable, on time and professional. Only reason I did not give a 5 is because they added a $15 fuel surcharge to the bill. That was not mentioned on the phone or in person. I didn't even know it was there until I got the bill emailed to me. Not cool :(

8/14/12 I has Jared and Joe out to fix our garage door. The cost was an amazing $XXXX. I thought this was pretty high in the first place. The problem continue off and on. We were gone several months and when we returned the same problem was back. On 3/1/13 Josh came out and fixed the problem in 30 min for $XX. He explained completely what the problem was (which was the same thing in Aug.) Would you recommend your company to someone else if this had happened to you. We felt we were WAY overcharged in Aug!! Scammed in fact.
