I called Precision Door on Thursday as our garage door started acting funny and would not stay closed. A tech was scheduled on Friday to come to determine the problem. A hardware failure on the door prompted the need to replace the door by the technician-Teddy who was very informative and did an outstanding job replacing both of the door openers and setting up them up with the new opener devices and the software application to our phones. Special "thank you" to Teddy for a job well done and getting us back up and running without any issues.

I recently had Precision out to look at our garage opener. They were very responsible and arrived the same day as called. I called them from an advertisement in the paper. Their technician was very knowledgeable and walked me through the issues. I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

I needed the weather strips (rubber seals) replaced on 2 garage doors. The person who took my call was very police and friendly and was able to give me an appointment the next day. The service technician was friendly, explained everything he had to do, and took care of the problem completely. The cost was a bit more than anticipated but that was because another part was needed. I called Precision again based on my past experience. This time the spring in the other garage door broke after 20+ years. I called in the morning and Nick Z arrived as expected. He was very polite and professional. He completed the work quickly along with a tune-up of the door. Very happy with the service.

I have had Precision Door come to my house before. So I was familiar with the company. I was not disappointed on this call. Austin was on time and professional. He made the necessary inspections and determined what I kinda already knew that I needed a new door. We went through the options and I did not feel pressured one way or another. Austin was a great example of an outstanding employee. He protected my property and was professional through the entire process. I have ordered the garage door and necessary equipment and will have it installed in a week.

He was efficient in that he found the problem and repaired it quickly. He was meticulous in that he carried out an inspection and pointed out necessary maintenance without applying any pressure to complete the maintenance work now. Elliot was very kind and very professional! He took a look at the garage door and found the problem easily. Then, because we rent, he stayed around and took the initiative to call the property management to figure out what they wanted to do about fixing it. He also helped me get my car out that was trapped in the garage. I really appreciated the extra help and his patience. Unfortunately my rental company uses a different garage door servicer so we weren’t able to use him for the repair itself, but I highly recommend him and his company and will be using them if I have future issues on a property of my own!

I have to say I am very impressed with Precision Garage Door! I called this morning at around 4:00am because I was unable to get my garage door to open up. I was stuck!! I was unable to go to work. The rep over the phone was extremely helpful and got me a same appointment. Scott D the repair technician came out to my home and fixed the problem without issues I even had him look everything over so would have no other issues. He did a fantastic job and I am now all set.
