I had a new garage door opener installed, side mount, and was concerned about the way it was closing. Not used to a side mount motor and being new, I called to set an appointment. I selected Precision because the location on Tegler is near my home, and I clipped a coupon out of the Reach flyer good for a free service call. Kevin and his associate were very thorough and professional. I would say they went over and above my expectations. I would also like to mention that the two young ladies that assisted me when I visited your office to purchase a wall console were very helpful as well.

We have used Precision Garage Door Service before and they were great so we called them again when our garage door opener wasn’t working right. They sent someone out to look at it within an hour of our call! Our technician, Orlando, was great. After explaining our options, he installed our new opener (motor), key pad, and new parts to the door. He was professional, courteous and explained everything very well. We highly recommend this company!

I definitely understand the need to make a profit and I trusted the name and it's five star rating. However I must be one of the rare ones as I was quoted over $5,000 to repair a 13-year-old Builder grade garage door. It just didn't seem right. I paid the service fee and checked with three other companies. I was surprised to find out the same amount I get easily upgrade BOTH garage doors to 2" insulated with top of the line openers and all brand new hardware including rails. I can understand maybe one vendor may not always be the cheapest but the estimate wasn't even remotely close to others. It's a shame someone got a bit greedy for commission. My neighbor apologized for referring me.

Our technician Tim arrived right on time. He was polite, courteous and very professional. Just speaking with him, I could tell he was a true tradesman. He worked by himself, took down our old door and installed a new insulated door just under four hours. Once completed, he helped program our vehicles to the new opener as well. We are very happy and glad we chose Precision!

The little things make a difference. I had you replace the springs 10 or so years ago. You left a sticker on the door so I called the number to have you come and fix my worn out opener. To make a long story short, Jarad came and did a terrific job. I knew I’d need a new opener. It was 20+ years old. I also knew the springs were aged so after discussing it with Jarad he sold me new springs and other hardware needing replacement. He did do staying until past 6:00pm on a Saturday evening no less making sure everything was taken care of. Coming from a retail profession I was very impressed with the level of attention and service and knowledge provided. I spent a lot of money but feel secure that it was spent well.
