We have used Precision Garage Door Service before and they were great so we called them again when our garage door opener wasn’t working right. They sent someone out to look at it within an hour of our call! Our technician, Orlando, was great. After explaining our options, he installed our new opener (motor), key pad, and new parts to the door. He was professional, courteous and explained everything very well. We highly recommend this company!

I definitely understand the need to make a profit and I trusted the name and it's five star rating. However I must be one of the rare ones as I was quoted over $5,000 to repair a 13-year-old Builder grade garage door. It just didn't seem right. I paid the service fee and checked with three other companies. I was surprised to find out the same amount I get easily upgrade BOTH garage doors to 2" insulated with top of the line openers and all brand new hardware including rails. I can understand maybe one vendor may not always be the cheapest but the estimate wasn't even remotely close to others. It's a shame someone got a bit greedy for commission. My neighbor apologized for referring me.

Our technician Tim arrived right on time. He was polite, courteous and very professional. Just speaking with him, I could tell he was a true tradesman. He worked by himself, took down our old door and installed a new insulated door just under four hours. Once completed, he helped program our vehicles to the new opener as well. We are very happy and glad we chose Precision!

The garage door spring broke on late Sunday. We called Precision the same day expecting to leave a message. Much to our surprise an associate took our call and got us scheduled for Monday morning. Orlando was our technician and was great. He arrived on time, assessed our problem and we also had an in depth conversation about the pros/cons of all the moving parts. The conversation was driven by my questions not an attempt to upsell by Orlando. He was very transparent and as a result we made some decisions to upgrade some of the components from the builder grade quality initially installed. We were very pleased with the experience and would recommend Precision. Thanks again to Orlando for your attention to details in repairing our door.

There was no extra charge for a Saturday appointment. Cole P took very good care of me. He phoned me within the arrival time. He was courteous and respectful. He gave me options and explained everything to me. I didn't feel rushed and felt confident in the choices that I made. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. I am a very happy customer. We had a fantastic experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Our technician, Zeke, was prompt, professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. Our garage door, which was originally installed in 2013, had some normal wear and tear, plus a broken spring. Zeke took the time to thoroughly explain the issues, showing me the signs of wear on the door and its parts. He also provided clear, honest options for repair, including a "Band-Aid" solution, a middle-of-the-road fix, and a full rebuild with a breakdown is cost. We went with the middle of-the-road fix with premium parts, and Zeke had our door fully rebuilt in just one hour! 1 year parts warranty was explained. He was on time, and even called 30 minutes before arrival to give us his ETA.

Arrived home from work at 3:30 pm and garage door would not open. Discovered the spring had broken again. Original spring lasted 14 years, replacement spring lasted 9 years. Called Precision and they had an appointment set between 4:00-6:00 pm same day. My technician Mike F arrived within an hour of calling. He pointed out that a torsion cable had also broken and a few other issues with the door being 23 years old. Chose to have Mike make all the recommended repairs. Spring, cables, rollers, brackets, and bearing plates. Mike had the work completed in roughly 90 minutes and the door operates as it did when it was brand new. Extremely fast and outstanding service overall.
