Joel was great! I saw the Precision truck in our neighborhood. He was at a neighbor's house across the street . (Precision had put in a new garage door motor in my garage over a year ago and they did an excellent job.) Joel made several adjustments to the garage door. He also replaced the garage door seal on the bottom of the garage door. Great job!

My recent dealings with Precision Garage Door were due to some “strange” sounds. The technician, Royal, was right on time and did an amazing job figuring out “something I had never heard before.” After several minutes listening and looking, he decided lubrication and the tightening of a couple of bolts was the remedy. Well, it worked! No more strange noises.

I called Precision Door on Thursday as our garage door started acting funny and would not stay closed. A tech was scheduled on Friday to come to determine the problem. A hardware failure on the door prompted the need to replace the door by the technician-Teddy who was very informative and did an outstanding job replacing both of the door openers and setting up them up with the new opener devices and the software application to our phones. Special "thank you" to Teddy for a job well done and getting us back up and running without any issues.

I recently had Precision out to look at our garage opener. They were very responsible and arrived the same day as called. I called them from an advertisement in the paper. I needed the weather strips (rubber seals) replaced on 2 garage doors. The person who took my call was very police and friendly and was able to give me an appointment the next day. The service technician was friendly, explained everything he had to do, and took care of the problem completely. The cost was a bit more than anticipated but that was because another part was needed. I called Precision again based on my past experience. This time the spring in the other garage door broke after 20+ years. I called in the morning and Nick Z arrived as expected. He was very polite and professional. He completed the work quickly along with a tune-up of the door. Very happy with the service.

I have had Precision Door come to my house before. So I was familiar with the company. I was not disappointed on this call. Austin was on time and professional. He made the necessary inspections and determined what I kinda already knew that I needed a new door. We went through the options and I did not feel pressured one way or another. Austin was a great example of an outstanding employee. He protected my property and was professional through the entire process. I have ordered the garage door and necessary equipment and will have it installed in a week.
