This was one of the best home maintenance provider experiences I have had. Precision sent an e-mail confirming the appointment time including a color photo of the service technician (Mike) for security purposes. I also received a call a few minutes prior to arrival at my home. Mike arrived on time in a clean uniform, was articulate in explaining what he was going to do and he completed the repairs within an hour. He also found a cable problem that I had not noticed that could have resulted in a future injury or damage to the door if not addressed. He fixed this quickly and the charge was very reasonable.

The technician ( I don't see him name on list) was great. I was a little leary about the late appointment time, but given the circumstances, we had to get our garage door fixed. Had an opener that I bought installed. The technicians did a thorough inspection of the door and recommend some repairs to be made - they showed me what was wrong and let me make the call on doing them or not. The install went very smoothly, and the door works great. Could not ask for better service (I called on 5:30 Monday and had the guys there Tuesday at 8:30 pm, and this was not a Rush!). Thanks!
