Chase was great. He arrived on time and clearly explained the issues with the garage door. He was courteous and professional. The repairs were done quickly and had all the parts on their truck for the repairs. The only suggestion I have is to improve the quality of original hardware kit that was used to install the original door. The door is only two years old.

I called Precision Garage Door Service when my garage door stopped working. I thought it was the spring, but Jeff and Brandon quickly diagnosed the issue — my 14-year-old motor had failed completely, and they showed me the broken pieces. Both technicians were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything in detail, walked me through my options, and let me make the best decision for my family without any pressure. They also identified some additional issues (worn bearings, aging spring) and helped me understand what needed attention. The work was completed efficiently, and they left everything clean. I'm very happy with the new motor, belt system, and spring they installed. I would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door Service, and especially Jeff and Brandon. The team led by Vladimir was very efficient, friendly, and professional. They not only replaced the garage door opener which had failed but also door hardware/bearings/rollers that were over 35 years old and also failing. When the job was done, they also helped us program the openers in our cars which saved us some time.
