The garage door stopped working as I was headed to work, I am new to the area and looked on the internet, I called and Andrew was at my door within 2 hours. The repairs where completed and the work was very professionally done, not cheap but reasonable.

I called Precision Garage Doors because my door had come off the tracks. They sent over a tech quickly (Andrew). He was able to pop my garage door back onto its track quickly, but also explained to me why we were having the issue. Unlike a lot of service techs I've met, he didn't talk down to me or pressure me into buying more. He gave me the facts, explained everything, and thoroughly answered all my questions. I will definitely be calling Precision Garage Doors again if I have future garage door issues!

The repairman (Andrew) showed up within the time scheduled and had my door repaired in a timely manner. He did point out some additional areas of concern that I will tend to. Didn't apply any undue pressure as some servicemen do when they show up to make repairs on something. Conducted himself in a professional manner and would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone else if the need arises.

Really overwhelmed by your professionalism. Showing the pictures of your technicians is really a great and reassuring idea. Vladimir was simply marvelous. Not only did he replace my opener, but he also gave recommendations on how to handle the door and a full inspection of the system. He made sure I understood everything about the future repairs to be carried out. With his magic spray, the door doesn't make the squeaky noise we used to hear. Great technician indeed!!!
