Scott, our service technician, was wonderful! He arrived early, listened to my description of the problem with our garage door and then completed a thorough inspection before he presented possible solutions. Clear explanations of each issue, what was needed to fix each one, as well as the priority of importance. Very thorough, personable, and professional. I would highly recommend Scott and congratulate Precision on the quality of their employee.

Ben was our service technician and I have to say how amazing he was. He took his time, explained ALL of the options available for what we needed and did not pressure us into buying anything we didnt need. His professionalism was 100% and he is a very good representative for your company. We needed a little bit of work to be done but he was timely in his arrival and took his time to ensure the job was done right the first time. We found your company via a television commerical last night and it just felt like your company would be good to work with and we were right. I have a big nice sticker in the middle of the garage door so should we ever need anything or if we ever HEAR of anyone needing anything that you can service you can rest assured we will provide your company to them (and Ben as well!!!) An appointment was sooner than expected. Serviceman, Ryan, was very knowledgeable about garage door operation and he was very pleasant. He explained what needed to be done. Our 35 year old door needed a major overhaul. We replaced rollers, springs, springs, steel tube, cables and pulleys. The result was a very quiet door. The price seemed very fair. We did two garage doors.

We had our garage door spring break on a Sunday evening and Precision was able to get a technician to our house first thing the following morning (which was greatly appreciated as our vehicles were trapped inside). While it was unfortunate that we needed repairs, our technician, Austin D., did a fantastic job of explaining the issues, and providing us with a detailed plan on what needed to be done as well as other options that would increase the lifespan of the door and motor. I cannot overstate how professional and knowledgeable Austin was, and he even went out of his way to avoid waking up our three month old son! Austin was not only professional, but he also explained things in a manner in which they were easy to understand, and he did not try and forcefully upsell us on items that were not necessary. The door was fixed in a timely and efficient manner and it is also much quieter thanks to the additional efforts that Austin put into his work. Thank you Precision for your timely and affordable services, and thank you Austin for being great at what you do. I will definitely use Precision again for my garage door service needs and I will be recommending them to anyone that is in need of their services!

I’m impressed. I called for service at 1:30. The guy arrived at 2:30 and completed the installation at 5pm. Great service. Rather surprised at the price but then everything is crazy high these days.

What an amazing technician Andrew S is. Professional and kind and throughly explained what was wrong and the different ways to fix the issues with my old garage door. Didn’t try to oversell my needs. Replaced Springs and Rollers and other parts. So thankful that he knew his job well and was also good with people. Customer Service is definitely exercised well with this company.
