When I called for service, my appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Kevin and Tyler were right on time. They took a look at my problem...and after some investigation, they found a couple of other concerns that needed taken care of. I agreed, and they started working. Within 3 hours, they were done with the repairs...and in my opinion, went above and beyond. Great with explanations! Marquis discovered the problem with my opener very quickly. He showed me the burned out circuit board and I was relieved that a fire had not started because of the short circuits. After he installed the new opener and parts he showed me how everything worked and told me what to do if there was ever a problem. Marquis exceeded my expectations throughout the visit. He completed everything in a timely manner, cleaned up all debris, was polite and courteous. He is the kind of employee that is hard to find and definitely a keeper! Great job, well done!

Fixed my door in the same visit and did a complete checkup on the door and opener. He gave me options without pressure to get the door working and some insights on my aging opener (1997!). I have been very happy with this company for many years, over a decade. When my wife and I purchased a new home (31 years old), we decided to upgrade all of the hardware on the garage door. This recent service was to replace the rubber bottom of the door, and the side molding so that not even a spider could get into the garage, much less mice. (Prior to this repair not only could mice march right in, but the warm air in the garage was leaking out fast to the very cold outdoors.)

Marquis was very good! He explained everything to me. He showed the parts and explained which were critical to get addressed soon. He also showed me other parts and estimated how much life they may still have. There was zero pressure to do anything. But, we went with the full repair (springs, rollers, cables, and more). It all works beautifully now. With incoming weather we are so thankful that this has all been improved.

Joel So far there has been a 5 star due to communication. Anthony came out and measured, took pictures and gave us a reasonable quote, which we accepted. We then had an inside person call and set up a meeting with the installers to make sure they were going to order the correct material. All in all it has very impressive how things are being handled. I’m not sure where to begin! I called first thing this morning to have someone come look at my daughter’s garage door. I decided to try to get this fixed after her water heater went out and flooded the basement last night! When it rains, it pours! Choosing to find the positive in this chapter of life! Kevin called and was there within 45 minutes! He called me and went over everything in detail. We opted to fix the spring only at this time. The door is now working and we have a garage door fixer! I told him we would request him if there’s a next time. He said we can but that anyone at Precision Door would do a great job! That says a lot to me that someone would speak so highly of their company! I’m not sure what kind of accolades/bonuses you give for exceptional service, but Kevin needs to be recognized! He took time to listen to our story and was very empathetic.
