Thanks to Joel for fixing my door and making the process smooth and educational. I like that he walked me through the complete process and gave me many options to choose from. He ensured that I understood each step he took during the process and made sure I understood what was going on and why. I'm a novice and slow on understanding what was taking place but he was easy to understand and encourage the questions I had. We had Stuart out to repair both our garage doors. He was very friendly and thorough! He gave me options for our repairs and was not pushy at all. Precision had a tech to our house within an hour of calling them. Chase was very professional and friendly. He took a look at the entire garage door, replaced the springs and gave us a quote for some additional work that we will need down the road. We’ll definitely be using them again.

Service tech talked way too much. He was here more than 40 minutes before I even heard a drill. Really got on my nerves. He was nice just talked too much. I'm not much for chit chat. I wanted him to be done so I could go to work.

We called 3 garage door companies on Saturday morning when our double garage door wouldn’t open and Precision was the only one who was answered by a person. (The other two still haven’t returned our call 3-1/2 days later as messages were left). The receptionist was polite and professional. We were given a Sunday afternoon 1-5p appointment. Sunday at noon we were called & told unfortunately the technician’s morning job turned out bigger than expected and was going to take the rest of the day but they’d come to us Monday between 11a-1p. At about 10:15a Monday the technician called saying he could be here in about 20 minutes if it was okay to come early ( which was great!). Issac was very personable,polite and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and solution. He explained everything in easy to understand detail. He had the door open by 11:30 so I could get my car out (& get to my card club on time) by replacing the broken springs then also replaced worn cables and reinforced poorly installed brackets (done by the original company that’s now out of business) to avoid problems in the near future. Everything was done and cleaned up by 2p. The only things purchased were parts needed to replace the broken/worn ones and there was no pressure to buy anything else or new. Kudos to Issac and Precision! We will definitely & highly recommend them to anyone in need of any garage door work of any kind.

Austin was outstanding! He was engaging, courteous, and knowledgeable. He observed a few things that could be trouble down the road. He gave me some tips to help extend the spring life. Next year, we'll need him to replace our cables and springs.

I did not meet the sales person however my wife Melissa told me that the person was very pushy and was always trying to up sale the call we end up spending 450.00 just to get him the leave would not call them in the future They are not a customer service company would recommend to look elsewhere

We had a service tech out within the day we called. Drew, our tech, was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener, and offered us options for the repair. Once we decided what made sense for our situation, Drew proceeded to complete the repair. Because we opted for a new mechanism to replace our old and no longer functional one, Drew actually helped us to sync the garage door opener to our cars and to download the new technology available for our phones. Wow! That part was incredibly helpful for a couple of old folks with less than expert technology skills. Drew was great. We would recommend Precision to others without reservation. The door even sounds good--meaning it scarcely makes a sound. Thanks!
