Although there was a misunderstanding on the quote, they still honored their quote. The gentleman who came out on a Sunday night emergency came much earlier than designated time - we were so pleased! He called us to tell us he would be early and he called us right before he came. He fixed our garage in no time and was very professional. I really liked the fact that you send an email confirmation with pictures so I know what and who to expect. Thank you for really good service.

I was impressed with the call I received stating the repair guy was running late, and you gave me a later time frame. Then repair guy called to say he was on the way. Also, he was very nice and professional. All in all, I was happy with work, and he put a sticker on the door, I hope I don't need you for a long time, but will use you again. I ended up with more than new springs, I had new hardware, cables and all, as my house is about 28 years old, and it had only had spring replaced. Glad you repair guy showed me worn parts, and etc.
