Jeff was on time and very friendly. He pointed out what was needing repair and gave me a few choices on what he could do to fix the problem. Had Mike out today to repair track on my Precision Garage doors purchased in June, 2013. What a fine GENTLEMAN you have working for you. I would hire him in a heartbeat. He explained what was wrong in detail---asked if I was now satisfied and asked to help get the company more referrals from my friends and neighbors.
