Troy was on time, and got right to work installing our new garage door. He installed it very quickly and professionally and it looks and operates great! Troy also took the time to re-program our existing door opener and to explain to us how to re-program the door key pad. We are 100% happy with the sale and installation of our new door! Technicians provided excellent service. Somewhat satisfied comment is due to inability to work with existing door opener therefor Angie's List Big Deal could not be used as advertised. Door was serviced and necessary adjustments were made.

So far so good. Josh and Chad were very patient with our questions. This was a major expense for us and our budget is very tight so we hope the work done today will prevent major expenses down the road. There is a huge difference in $210 and $614 though.

Just had the door opener "tuned up". Jason, the technician, was very professional. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. This is my second time using Precision. Last time was two years ago. No problems with system since then. Prior to that another company was coming out quarterly to fix problems. The Precision techs know what they are doing. I will be a customer for a very long time. Thank You Precision
