Jeff called to give me his estimated time of arrival. When he arrived he went right to work evaluating the damage that had been caused by the broken spring. He gave me options in a range of prices so that I was able to choose the best repairs to fit my budget. He explained everything he did and worked quickly and efficiently. He made additional adjustments to the mechanism so the door opens and closes better than it ever did. It is easy to see why Precision gets consistent high ratings on Angie's List. Their service is top notch. I will definitely call them again.

Eric did a wonderful job! He showed me the parts that needed to be repaired and explained the reason why. He didn't oversell, which pleased (and surprised) me. I feel Eric was honest with me about what all should be repaired and what didn't need repairing. He mentioned a price before starting the repair, but when I told him I received a lower quote from the person on the phone (the Sunday answering call center), Eric said he would honor their price. Again, that pleased (and surprised) me. I am very happy I chose Precision for my repairs. I will definitely recommend your company to my family and friends.
