I was so hesitant, scared and fearful that my garage door was stuck, making all these loud scratching noises. It was 8:00 PM on a Sunday NIGHT! I just had a Christmas party and was in the garage getting something out of the refrigerator. It was getting later and darker. I am an older woman, home alone at that time and was trying to get the garage door to come down. It was making all this loud noise. I called a friend in a panic and asked was there a 24 hr. place I could call to get my garage door fixed. My friend told me to calm down and gave me the phone # to Precision. I called and I thought an Ashley answered. I explained my dilemma and she told me that she would relay my message to the guy on call. About 20 minutes later Josh called me and I explained the situation to him. He said he'd come out and fix it in about 2-3 hours. I agreed. I pulled my pick up truck and blocked the garage door. Left my curtains open from the house and prayed no one noticed it was opened. About 45 minutes later, Josh called and said he had to pass my house on the way to his other job and he'd stop by. I told him I was afraid to pull the string he was talking about and I'd left the garage as it was and had the truck pulled in front of it blocking it. Thank God he came right away. I don't live in the safest of neighborhoods. Josh arrived, in no time, checked out the situation, pulled the string and got the garage closed up. He explained what needed to be done, placed the order, gave me the verdict, I made the deposit, he saw me to the house and he left. The next day was Christmas Eve. I received a call appointment that worked for me. She was very very accommodating. Troy called before he came. He arrived in no time and introduced himself. He was in the Precision truck and was dressed neatly to do garage work. I could not believe he was the only man on the job. My friend came right over as well. They knew each other. Troy had fixed other garage doors for his rental properties. I really felt good and safe. My friend left and told me I was in good hands. I was so amazed he was alone. He was prompt, professional and he explained everything before he did anything. My dog and I sat in the cold heated garage just to watch the one man show. I could not believe how NEAT he was, so nice, and so professional. Such a nice guy, answered all of my questions and worked quickly and got everything done. He wasted NO time. Troy knows his stuff!!! I mean he whipped out his tools, parts, set up and got right to work. He cleaned up behind himself as he worked. I just wanted to see how one man was going to do this job. HE DID IT TOO!! Precision is lucky to have workers as dedicated, honest, fair, hard working as Josh, Ashley, and Troy. I recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door work ANYTIME!! A big THANK YOU for a job well done and taken care of!!!! I'd recommend raises, extra bonuses, GIFTS, $$$$$$$, You name it!! They deserve it!! (Precision!!! Great Company with Loyal, Professional workers). You got my vote!! Thanks again!

Josh did a great job of inspecting the door, identifying where there was wear and tear, and rebuilding the door so that it works better than it ever has since I've owned the house, and much quieter too. It ended up costing more than I expected, but since the new parts come with a lifetime guarantee, I'm confident that it was worth it. Thank you!

My overhead door struck and object while going up and caused the door to jump the track and bend theguiderails. You rep talked me thought what he could do as a tempporary fix and discussed options for a repalcement door at a very reasonable price. We hope to have the new door installed in a couple weeks. I would gladly recommend Precisoin to any of my family or friends needing service or new equipment.

Eric was very thorough and quickly identified the problem. He pointed out additional issues such as the rollers that needed to be replaced to make less noise. We elected not to replace at this time. I asked him to check out the push buttons & he recommended replacing with a new switch which we did.

I had used Precision previously. I was satisfied then as now. Each time the technicians were knowledgable and ver pleasant. There was a trainer and trainee. All my questions were promptly answered. The instructor programmed the opener on my automobile. That helped a lot because I did not have to user the car manual, which can be hard to understand sometimes. I will definitely use Precision for future needs.
