Had a problem with the operation of our garage door opener. Called the office for service and was able to get a technician out the next day at 8am! He quickly diagnosed the problem and went over my options. In less than two hours problem fixed and I was very satisfied. The technician (Kalu) was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience explaining everything to me. He even tightened the springs at no charge. Technician arrived within two hours of my request for help. He inspected my garage door and determined quickly that there was no damage to any of the mechanisms, after a “bump” from my car’s trunk. He will return tomorrow to repair the door seal. He lubricated the cables on the door. He was professional and communicated well.

very reliable. can easily reach someone anytime. we dont have to wait to get our issue fixed. technician very knowledgeable and upfront about the issues and costs. job was completed quickly. I believe our technicians name was Isaac. He was super friendly and explained our issues in easily understandable terms, showed us our options and offered his professional opinion on every step. definitely would refer others. we had to purchase a few new items but feel very confident in our decision.

Isaac was great and very knowledgeable. He was also flexible because I was not at home and we communicated initially through my ring doorbell. Then I watched through the camera in my garage and he was able to show me what parts were damaged. His willingness to communicate and show me what he was talking about through the camera was amazing. I think Isaac is a great representative for your company and everyone I spoke with when I called were very great as well.

Garage door emergency hit on a Friday night - we were stuck with two cars in the garage. Precision Garage had an appointment early afternoon the next day and we had great service from Josh. He quickly identified the trouble - talked us through the pros/cons of repair options providing a couple of different price options. He gave us some good tips as he was finishing for us to try and do some basic maintenance by ourselves. Would definitley reccomend Precision Garage Door.

We called Precision to deal with a balky old opener. ( hey, it had been up for 21years; it was time.) Isaac arrived, asked about my concerns and asked if I wanted him to look into repairing the old unit. I told him I felt a replacement made more sense. He presented my wife and I with several options, and very thoroughly explained the differences - this young man really knows his stuff ! We made a decision and he went to work. He spent 3 hours on the install in 100+ degree heat and still made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. Isaac is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional ! Based on our experience, we will absolutely recommend Precision !!
