My technician Eric Gellenbeck in one word was GREAT! He took the time to explain several options that I would have to get my garage door fixed. Eric took ample time to go over the operation of the new system after he had completed all of the install and I never felt rushed. It was a very good experience. Had an estimate scheduled for new garage door installation. Technician showed up at door and knocked and when wife answered the door he was already measuring dimensions of door. Never introduced his self. Was at my house less than 5 minutes and said I will email you a estimate unless you want to put a deposit down. Very very unprofessional. Your business depends on customers and customer service and what we got today was very poor.

Convenience! My garage door stopped working last night so I called the 24 hour # and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow early afternoon. The technician arrived early, found and fixed the problem within an hour. Chris Thompson was my tech and he was great!! Very informative and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary stuff! Good dude.
