Joel was the technician that came out to our home. He was friendly, professional, on time, informational and honest! Joel performed his inspection and walked me through and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend Joel and Precision Garage Door. We received a new garage door opener motor with remote and new spring.

Did I say “I love you guys” when Nick was finished today? I sure did! It was easy to schedule … last night at the kitchen table, scheduled online for early morning slot, Nick showed up on-time and ready to get to work! We had a simple issue which he diagnosed quickly and found a few more things to fix while here to make my garage door and opener experience so much better. Service was great! Price was right! Next time I need a repair, I know exactly who to call!

Brandon did an outstanding job with all the repairs. Super kind and professional .He explained everything in detail making sure I had all options. NO high pressure sales which as a consumer is very important. His outstanding customer care skills were the icing on the cake. The spring had broke but there were other issues needing addressed due to the 30 year old parts. Pricing was more than fair with the extra consideration of my situation and needs. I called to get a new key pad for garage door, because mine was not working correctly. Call center said sure they have those on their truck. Well tech showed up no keypad and said they are backordered and may or may not be in. The tech maybe spent 4 min. rebooting keypad I have and it worked and had to pay 88.00! I am just not happy wanted a new key pad and you didn't have and if it came in the tech said I would be charged another trip charge and key pad charge.
