I chose Precision because they were recommended by a family member. All communications were polite and informative. The technician was excellent. The appointment was to repair my garage door, though I was also considering replacing them. He presented me with cost options for both and absolutely did not try to over sell. I ended up having him repair the door that was broken and replace the worn parts on the second door. I would definitely call them again and feel comfortable recommending them to friends and family.

First time to use Precision Garage Door company. Called at 1pm and they were there at 4pm. Technician Isaac W was very professional from the moment he arrived. He did not try to pressure sell all new equipment. We discussed what needed to be done and what we could continue to operate with. He found some safety issues that I had not seen, and we had them corrected too. He reprogrammed four openers and checked all the door safety features to make sure they worked properly. Very satisfied with his work. Will use Precision Garage again when needed. Thank you, Clark

I have used Precision Door before and I always receive good service and the Technicians are professional, polite, show up, and their appearance is appropriate for dealing with customers. Brock was excellent and he offered assistance to help in my yard from the storm after he finished the repair. I had finished the yard but greatly appreciated the offer.

Booking process was fast and easy. They even texted me the morning of my 2pm appointment offering to come earlier if I needed it but that wasn’t necessary. Our technician Mike was super friendly, explained everything in detail, gave us all available options and allowed us to choose what was best for us. No pressure to do any more than was needed. Mike gave us confidence in his expertise from the start, and the job was diagnosed and completed quickly, and with great care and great results. We will recommend Precision to anyone we can!

We have used Precision Door for over 15 years. We saw there commercial on TV. We appreciated how fast they were able to come out and correct our issue. Today, 3/29/2025 we had a situation where our door would go down as far as 2" above being closed and open back up. Orlando came out he was very polite and honest; he had all the knowledge needed to fix the "eye" which had to be replaced, they were 25 years old. But we had additional questions, and he answered a number of them but if he didn't know he was up front and said he would have to check with someone else. I so much appreciate honesty to that level. It was a joy working with him.
