Precision door installed new mechanics on my door earlier this year. It was a great experience. I called today to schedule an appointment because I couldn’t figure out why my garage door disengaged with the garage door opener and I couldn’t get it re-engaged. The fix was simple and John B. was extremely respectful salvaging my complete embarrassment. He then proceeded to identify ill positioned sensors, which he fixed, and provided education for me to watch in the future. But he didn’t stop there. He noticed the new mechanics they had installed weren’t working to their best potential. He took the time to adjust them so that the door was even more smooth than it was before. All for the cost of the service fee, I might add. Long story short, AMAZING SERVICE, by John B and Precision Door from phone call to completion. Thank you!

Andrew was the technician assigned to fix my broken garage door. He was prompt, very kind and explained my problem and options to fix the problem in a way I could understand. We have had a bid in on replacing/repairing our shop garage doors since first of February from another company and have got nothing but a runaround from them. I’ve seen your commercials and decided to call just to see what your company had to offer. Your tech came out today after being pre introduced via email( which I loved) I knew exactly who was coming and his background. He had everything on his truck to repair Not REPLACE as the other company told us! He had both oversized commercial doors repaired in just a few hours!! I was so impressed! Will always use your company moving forward. We have 10 doors in our mechanic shop alone plus 6 others throughout the building. This service was to replace the door opener on a one door garage opener that got hit by lightning. The product installed was overkill for this door. The door is only used maybe 25 times a year. They way oversold us. The door opener alone was $958. The total bill came to $2933. They did a good job, but will not use again. I feel they took advantage of my husband.

I saw the truck in my neighbors driveway and went over to investigate. I found they were getting an new garage door opener installed. I had been considering an opener replacement and after talking with the technician, I was SOLD. I had the opener installed the next day and could not be more pleased. The product was explained and the ratings shared. The installation was seamless, quick, clean and complete. Needed repairs were made, my cars were programmed, the internet interface was in full working order and nothing was left to question. The service tech (Mike Keeley) did an awesome job and I highly recommend him. Don't be disappointed, be satisfied beyond expectations. Call Precision!
