Your tech was extremely helpful and courteous. He explained my issues that were not critical but were worn and tired. I'm sure this door has had little to no service since it was hung prior to me buying the house. A garage door is a blessing and a great thing to have, if it works. When it doesn't it can become something dangerous and can cause harm. Your tech showed me the issue with my door, I showed him one he missed, and we agreed to make my door safe and operatable. I thought his price was fair for what needed to be done. Your preprinted services and purchases are not complete.

Not only did he offer me a variety of options for how to repair the door long term, he fixed it so it worked again with what he had in his truck. Really great service call!

I am very happy with the professional and thorough assessment done and work completed to resolve my door issues. I was able to obtain a same day appointment, really needed in this instance. Andrew was the technician, and is very knowledgeable and personable. All points of deterioration/failure on the door and opener were shown to me. Then I was given the choice to repair or replace the opener and chose to replace it, in large part because Andrew had several different systems at different price points from which to choose on his van. All work (and there was a lot) was completed in about 3 hours. It’s like having a brand new door! I am thrilled…thank you! This asks me to select the service provided but there were several--a new opener (which has multiple parts to it), new spring, new brackets and new rollers.

Everything was great. From calling into for service, getting me scheduled right away, fixing my garage door the next day. The tech took his time explained everything gave me options and choices. I knew my garage door and opener were both old and I was prepared to replace them, but Kevin took his time to explain all my options, including the possibilities to just repair my existing setup and not replace them. In the end his information was very helpful and I did end deciding to go ahead and replace the whole setup, but never felt that I was pressured into doing so. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Technician Colin arrived exactly at the requested time. After his garage door investigation, he recommended what needed to be done. He replaced 2 tension springs,3 bearings, lubricated all moving parts, fine tuned garage door in less than an hour. Then he gave me a discount, explained to me everything that he had done, and left 90 minutes after his arrival. Technician Colin is very knowledgeable, kind, and polite. I will request him again if needed.

I called Precision at 9:30 pm & the repair was underway at 8:30 am the next morning. Scheduling was easy & the service was very prompt. Drew was great! He arrived on time and was professional. He explained the process, his findings, and repair options clearly. He offered tips & advice to both maintain & prolong the life of my garage door. He is knowledgeable about replacement options, but did not pressure me into replacement.

From initial phone contact and scheduling to completion every step was thoroughly explained and inspired confidence. The initial intake and scheduling communication was helpful and superior to competitor inquiries. Communication was good when an opening allowed an earlier service time. Teddy arrived and explained every step to my wife initially and then consulted with me over the phone. 3 option quotations were provided and explained at various price points. The repairs were completed quickly and efficiently during the same visit from in stock parts on the service truck. We will make a point to return to this company for any future service needs. In less than 2.5 hours from the initial call our garage door springs were replaced and we were operating normally again.

I thought it was the eyes, but Drew came out and discovered the problem. Quick and easy process and he went above and beyond to make sure it was working properly before he left. Precision replaced a defective opener with a very quiet one for us in the past, so we called them again when the other garage door opener was acting erratically. The primary problem turned out to be a broken spring and worn out bearing, not the opener. Orlando was efficient and paid attention to little things that made a difference in how the door works. He also lubed the rollers on the other garage door as a courtesy. I called at 1:30pm and they were out the next day. It was not an emergency, so next-day service was great!
