I’m a repeat customer. Precision has always done a great job. It was a good experience from Brooke who answered the phone when I scheduled the appointment to Nick who diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener & fixed it promptly. I was disappointed to learn after the service of the $23.00 fuel surcharge. I understand gas prices are up & don’t mind paying a fuel surcharge but $23.00? Based on $4.00 a gallon for gas & a truck that gets 10 miles a gallon (very conservative on the mpg) that means I paid for 57.5 miles of gas for your vehicle?? As Joe would say “Come On Man”

I had run into the door about 6 months ago and the door busted the bottom roller and the whole bottom was hanging. I couldn’t afford a new door and I couldn’t shut the door. I called the dispatcher and she got someone out within 2 hours. I went on to work and they fixed everything and I was able to pay them over the phone from work. I got home and Kevin did an amazing job! Thank you everyone I dealt with for taking care of my emergency and doing an amazing job! One of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in over 30 years! 5 stars is too low of a rating!

My garage door malfunctioned on a Sunday afternoon. Although repairs could not be done that day, the technician phoned to tell me he was on the way early the next day. He checked and tested all components, explained what could be done and gave me a number options. The work was done quickly and efficiently . Nick was friendly and polite.

Precision installed our new garage door last summer. At the time we did not elect to replace the opener. This week the sensor failed. I had been in need of having someone check out why my garage door wasn't operating properly. Monday evening I saw the commercial for your company on television. Tuesday morning I called and was given a time that afternoon. Shortly after my call, I received a call from a very nice lady in your office advising me that she had a technician that could actually come out within in the hour if I wanted. The technician was here in about 30 minutes to check out the problem. Eli was the technician and was very informative as to what he was doing and why. He was only here for a very short while and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in no time flat! I would definitely call your company in the future if needed.
