We had our garage door spring break on a Sunday evening and Precision was able to get a technician to our house first thing the following morning (which was greatly appreciated as our vehicles were trapped inside). While it was unfortunate that we needed repairs, our technician, Austin D., did a fantastic job of explaining the issues, and providing us with a detailed plan on what needed to be done as well as other options that would increase the lifespan of the door and motor. I cannot overstate how professional and knowledgeable Austin was, and he even went out of his way to avoid waking up our three month old son! Austin was not only professional, but he also explained things in a manner in which they were easy to understand, and he did not try and forcefully upsell us on items that were not necessary. The door was fixed in a timely and efficient manner and it is also much quieter thanks to the additional efforts that Austin put into his work. Thank you Precision for your timely and affordable services, and thank you Austin for being great at what you do. I will definitely use Precision again for my garage door service needs and I will be recommending them to anyone that is in need of their services!

I submitted an online request and communication was exceptional. I received timely text updates and a phone call from the office to move my scheduled appointment to earlier in the day. Orlando called 20 minutes prior to arriving. On site he explained the inspection and repair process, and offered options for springs and other hardware - with no hard sell! Upon completion of the work he showed me everything he did in detail.

My garage door is 12 years old, and it was squeaking and rattling more than it had at first. I called Precision to come out and take a look, contemplating a tune-up. Josh explained that the bearings in the rollers were worn and there was a slight alignment issue with the cable. He gave me a summary of options, including leaving things "as is" because the door was working. No sales pressure. I chose to have some parts replaced. Josh made the repairs in under an hour (which impressed me) and the door runs smoothly and quietly now. It was a professional and satisfying experience.

I have used Precision Door years before. The experience then was good, so I called again. Fortunately, nothing major needed to be done. Austin, (my technician) was very pleasant, easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable, explained to me what the issue was and the solution to address it. He didn't talk down to me or try to sell me a new door or equipment I don't need. When completed, he followed up with asking me if there was anything else he could do. I'd recommend him/Precision Door again. (We have our HOA meeting in a few weeks. They are always asking us to let them know if we have a good experience with service providers. I have one to give them now.) Austin seemed like a nice guy. I'll bet he's an even nicer guy outside of work.
