The technician was excellent in terms of knowledge and was very pleasant to talk with. We both shared our love of our dogs!! He was also instrumental in finding a potential catastrophic failure and was able to recommend and perform the needed repairs. The gentlemen that came to my home to put in my garage door opener was very respectful and did his job very efficient. He was very pleasant to talk to. Precision has a very compelling commercial and I especially liked their assurance of how they are handling business during Covid-19. Top notch service. Very efficient scheduling process and they were able to come out same day. My technician was Josh who was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly before offering several options to solve my garage door issues. He was able to make door hardware repairs and install a new garage door opener in a very short amount of time with excellent clean up. He made sure I understood how the new opener functioned and stressed if I had any further questions the answer was a phone call away. Don't put off having your garage door tended to - you can feel safe and confident calling this company.

Who really wants to say that an unexpected out of pocket expense was outstanding...? Well, it was for me. Truly appreciated the quick response and highly professional service received from my tech! (I cannot recall his name - You guys need to add their name to the invoice) but was very engaging with no B.S. Project was completed in very little time and I feel value was received for what I paid.
