Excellent service from Precision tech, Royal. Had to have my garage door re-wired due to my dog chewing the wire. Royal explained everything to me and also showed me the censor damage prior to doing the work and answered all my questions. His professionalism was outstanding. I contacted Precision after reading the great comments on BBB and as I was reading Precision's commercial came on. Well, that put the icing on the cake. After work was completed to still went over everything. Would definitely recommend this company and planning on calling them back for any future issues. DB

What an amazing technician Andrew S is. Professional and kind and throughly explained what was wrong and the different ways to fix the issues with my old garage door. Didn’t try to oversell my needs. He took his time, explained ALL of the options available for what we needed and did not pressure us into buying anything we didnt need. His professionalism was 100% and he is a very good representative for your company. We needed a little bit of work to be done but he was timely in his arrival and took his time to ensure the job was done right the first time. We found your company via a television commerical last night and it just felt like your company would be good to work with and we were right. An appointment was sooner than expected. Serviceman, Ryan, was very knowledgeable about garage door operation and he was very pleasant. He explained what needed to be done. Our 35 year old door needed a major overhaul. We replaced rollers, springs, springs, steel tube, cables and pulleys. The result was a very quiet door. The price seemed very fair. We did two garage doors.
