Kevin arrived in the expected time slot. He was very pleasant and helpful in discussing the differences in the 2 garage door openers we were considering. He was not a pushy salesman. He simply explained the attributes of each unit and let us decide. He also looked at the various coupons I had and selected the one that would save me the most money. Overall, a very good experience.

Installers Tim & Justin were both professional & personable. They explained everything they did & even programmed the garage door opener so it worked in my car! The new doors look wonderful & are so quiet (they replaced 35 yer old wooden doors!). Highly recommend Precision Doors as well as Tim & Justin.

Our service tech,Vladimir Escamilla was prompt and courteous. After adjusting the safety beam he noticed our 16' door had only one spring, which was pretty weak. He gave us an estimate and had the springs replaced in no time. Will be calling Precision for any other issues that come our way.

Point of contact with Faye to meeting Andrew and his assistant very professional, on time, answered all questions, took time to inspect and offer repair versus replacement no pressure and felt very comfortable with this team working on our garage door and replacing the Lift Master motor. I was pleased when I called your company my call was answered immediately by a very congenial young lady. I didn't have to wade through press 1 or 2 for this or that. She immediately worked with me setting up an appointment for service. When you Tech Josh arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem and gave us alternatives on how to rectify the situation. Took much needed time to explain to myself and wife what had gone wrong. Gave us several choices on various units and with costs that suited our budget. Left the decision up to us not any high pressure selling. You need to clone this young man. Outstanding representative of your Company.

Great and timely communication from the company. Tim W (installer) was on time, polite and knew what he was doing. He even helped us with some last minute changes to the order to make sure we got exactly what we really wanted. We have an older house/garage that has some challenging installation issues to deal with. As a result, the job took about twice as long as expected for a standard install. Tim handled everything very well and cleaned-up the area after he was done. Great service. Would definitely recommend these folks to anyone looking for a new garage door.
