The only part good was our garage door. Everything else was worn out. Eric came out and replaced the springs, cables, rollers and adjusted everything. Now it works like new. Ask for Eric he does good work and is fast and to top it all off he doesn't pressure you into anything. He gave us several options and let us decide what we wanted.

My appointment time was scheduled for a much later time; however, the technician called to inform me of an earlier time being available. Ben was a great listener and patient as I explained the issue with my new garage door opener and spring. He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the repair service. Mike showed up precisely when he said was going to. He was courteous and professional and explained everything he was going to do and all of his concerns about my current setup. Although he did reccomend a good amount of work to be done to bring my equipment current, he wasn’t pushy at all. He even played with my two big dogs who ran out into the garage to meet him. Highly recommended.

I selected Precision because you installed my door opener when I had it replaced about a year ago. My serviceman today, Mike, did a great job finding a way to fix my door. I was also pleased that he was friendly and pleasant to talk with about future garage door needs. A wonderful Precision technician came out named James and rescued us! James had a very pleasant, up beat, can do personality. James gave us two estimates so we chose the plan with the longer ten year warranty. James was efficient, knowledgeable, and explained the process. We now have a quiet, functioning garage door and had our faith restored in humanity that there are still good repairmen out there that actually enjoy what they do! James feom Precision was AWESOME!

My garage door broke--I left my house and not five minutes later I was driving behind one of their trucks. Called and had a technician come out the next day. They were great--worked around my schedule and even showed up on time! Andrew (the technician) was great. I would highly recommend Precision!

"The Precision" DOOR Technician, James, came by our home today (4 hours after my request) to have my garage door inspected for periodic service. His arrival was prompt, he was pleasant and courteous. The door and open/closure electrics and mechanics were carefully inspected and operated. His explanations, Maintainance and operating advice were very helpful. There are no evident current problems. He advised that we have another inspection in 4-5 years. I would be pleased to have James assigned for my next Inspection. The "Service Performed" was "Periodic Inspection and related Service".YOUR option did not offer a "service and inspection," only option. I suggest that you add that option.

Had an issue after the initial installation. It ended up being a defect in one of the openers buttons, they replaced it. This is when a good review counts, AFTER the sale, I could not be more pleased. I called they were going to give me the next day, but I was not available for a couple days. Showed up at the beginning of my service window (2 hours) not a half day. Fixed in less than an hour. Now that is excellent customer service.

I chose Precision based on my neighbor's recommendation. Your technician, Josh, arrived in the RESCHEDULED appointment window, very carefully explained the options and costs to replace the broken spring (or springs), and that he would make recommendations for any other needed maintenance. He was extremely pleasant and patient in answering my questions. He took it upon himself to speak to his boss about the scheduling problem that occurred (see below) and told me there would be NO CHARGE for the repair. Josh not only quickly replaced the springs (high end) but also adjusted the rod holding the springs and replaced the rollers. I was very impressed with Josh's professionalism, work, and recommendations for door self-maintenance. I will definitely call your company again if needed and recommend it (and especially Josh) to others! After a rocky start:- On the phone on 10/4 I was told my appt was on 10/5 between 8 to 10 AM but the email confirmation was for 8 - 10 PM which I failed to notice. When I called on 10/5 when a tech had not called or arrived by 10 AM, I was told of your scheduling mistake which made me very angry. I initially cancelled the repair but later rescheduled and am glad I did. See above.
