I was very disappointed to say the least. The sales associate didn't sit down to explain the difference between the garage doors, the R ratings, pros/cons on the two diff openers, etc. Not the service I expected from a company who prides its on customer service.

Brandon was fantastic. He was so kind and made sure to show me everything he was doing when he reset my garage door remotes so I would know for the future. He also created a new remote for me and made recommendations on repairs my garage door may need. He was not pushy in his recommendations, which made me trust him. I will absolutely be using Precision Garage Door Service when the time comes to replace my door. Thank you, Brandon!

Robert P. Came out today to fix what we knew would be difficult. New springs were just the beginning of what we needed. I appreciated Robert’s call before his arrival as well as the company text with a mini bio about him. He worked up many options from bare minimum fixes to major overhaul. He then stayed and finished all the work today maintaining a great, personable attitude the whole time. It was a very positive experience!

I received a quote for replacement of two torsion door springs and they could do the repair the same day. The technician called prior to coming, arrived on time, showed me additional damaged due to bearing failure that I could not see. Provided quotes to for minimal repair to total repair of all warn parts. The work was done professionally and quickly. Highly recommend this company. Kevin was very courteous, professional and personable young man. NO PRESSURE SALES!

We were having problems opening and closing garage door. Eric was very prompt with arrival time. He was very professional and proved to be an expert. After asking about the problems we were having and doing assessment, he quickly gave a reason for the problems, solutions, and discussed choice for repairs. The job was completed in no time. He did it with no assistance! We were well satisfied and would recommend Precision to others.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Eli Travis. He was timely, very polite and courteous. He inspected our garage door, made adjustments that were needed and the garage is working great now and runs quietly. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. The office personnel was also friendly and ready to address your situation with interest and care. I highly recommend this company and will call them when I need replacement or repair work.

the tech arrived on time was knowledgeable and offered three levels of repairs which was nice depending upon my needs he rebuilt the entire door system and reenforced the door and my door is better than new thank you at a price a lot less than a new door!

I chose Precision Garage Door because I have had friends that have used this company and were very satisfied! This was a great service experience, it is so refreshing and important to me to get a real person answer the phone rather than being told to go to the webpage and report my issue. On the day of service, the expectations set by the person on the phone were exactly what happened. I was called by the technician before the estimated repair window and given an estimate of when he would be at my location, he was on time. He was friendly and professional. After looking at my garage door and opener, he then explained what the issue was. He then discussed the options and answered some questions that I had. His work was completed and he reviewed the pieces that were replaced and showed me how they were different than the original. We made sure the door was operational, the door sounded so quiet going up and down whereas before that, it was noisy and sounded strained. Thank you so much, I will definitely refer Precision to others.

Woke up this morning to our garage door not opening but saw a sticker from precision on the inside of the door. When I called they were able to get me in tomorrow morning but told me that if there was an opening maybe today. Call they call back and said there was an opening and sending someone this afternoon. They sent a text message that told me Brock D. was on his way after he had already called to say that he was 20 minutes out. Brock D. showed up said that he would be able to do a diagnostic and see what was all wrong with our door. Not only was he able to find the reason it wouldn’t open but he also saw things that were getting worn out that may cause a problem in the very near future. Brock D. was very understanding about needing to figure everything out today and he was great with our pups very personable mean and I enjoyed having him work on our garage door today. Reasonably priced for the work and parts that were provided. Overall not just a five star rating but a fantastic experience with this company .

Kevin was excellent! He explained every detail of what was wrong with door and how he intended to fix the problems. He and his apprentice were very competent. He cleaned up all trash left over from the installation and took it with him. Kevin is very personable and easy to work with.
