I was impressed with how quickly I was able to make an appointment. The 2 hour time window was very convenient while waiting for the technician and they showed up on time. Pat was knowledgeable and kind, was able to answer my many questions and replace my opener quickly and professionally. He helped me set up the keypad and the app before he left too. He did a great job and I will be using this company for any further garage door/opener issues in the future.

Patrick was awesome. Friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything prior, told me all of my options, with no pressure. This was our second time using Precision Door, both times needing immediate help. Alicia was super helpful and considerate. She went above and beyond. Most likely we’ll purchase a new door within two mouths but since Patrick got us up and running, we’re not near as rushed. Was very pleased with the service. Technician was polite and explained everything to me. I opted to have opener replaced since it was 20 years old. Door had had some work done in 2018 by previous homeowner. He was finished in time frame he said it would take. Rating by BBB was a factor in choosing your company plus a friend had recently your company.

Hi…. I choose Precision Garage door while looking through google and noticed I could set my own hours to book a time that is convenient for me.. I placed my appointment my self and asked for hours between 10a-12p gave my cell phone info for a next day service, and “BOOM”, customer service called me to confirm my service just like that! I was impressed! By the way I did call AHS and they referred me to someone who I had to wait several days for him to come out. ( both of my vehicles were still and my garage for 2 days since Thursday and Friday , and maybe Monday! ???????? You guys are awesome with fixing my problem within 12 hours from me setting my appointment! Your service deems professional at the highest and I appreciate that! ????????????????

From the minute I contacted Precision Garage Door on line everything went fine. I made an online appointment for the next day. It was promptly confirmed and the technician came on time the next morning. He did his inspection and told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Professional service. Orlando H called to inform us of his arrival time. Once here he got straight to working on doors. Checked over both doors. He made some recommendations on some issues that were present on our doors, that would cause bigger issues over time such as the adjustable operator reinforcement bracket and torsion cables that were rusting. It was nice to have someone review the entire door and not coming to fix the problem (broken spring) and leave and then we have problems later that could have been fixed earlier. Would hire them again.

Precision Garage Door Service is the only company I call for my garage doors. I may not be the only one who realizes your garage door needs attention right when you try to leave for work or an important appointment. It's always at the worst moment, it seems. I love that they send a text introducing the person headed to your house with a little bio, so you already feel that you know them when you let them into your house. Excellent service from Precision tech, Royal. Had to have my garage door re-wired due to my dog chewing the wire. Royal explained everything to me and also showed me the censor damage prior to doing the work and answered all my questions. His professionalism was outstanding. I contacted Precision after reading the great comments on BBB and as I was reading Precision's commercial came on. Well, that put the icing on the cake. After work was completed to still went over everything. Would definitely recommend this company and planning on calling them back for any future issues. DB
