I called to get a new key pad for garage door, because mine was not working correctly. Call center said sure they have those on their truck. Well tech showed up no keypad and said they are backordered and may or may not be in. The tech maybe spent 4 min. rebooting keypad I have and it worked and had to pay 88.00! I am just not happy wanted a new key pad and you didn't have and if it came in the tech said I would be charged another trip charge and key pad charge.

They offered to come out within a few hours when I contacted them however I had them come the next morning. The Tech was friendly and knowledgeable and explained the options and the different motors that were available with him in his truck. Will definitely use them again if something comes up.

Austin arrived exactly on time, following a request for service we had submitted. There was one small concern about the overhead light, but everything otherwise was working perfectly, and he came to perform routine maintenance. He is the most professional and polite gentleman, absolutely charming and instilled enormous confidence in himself, the company and the work he was doing. Extremely patient, very helpful indeed. I believe the company is fortunate to have him as an employee. Just to say, none of your options regarding service performed properly describes the work. “Routine maintenance “ would be accurate.

Alex was able to give me a quote during a visit the same day I scheduled on the website. He was prompt, friendly, and very professional, and each of the offerrings are preloaded on his truck. I did receive another quote from a competitor, who had no examples and was much less friendly and helpful. This purchase was unexpected so I really appreciate the professionalism of Precision.

After reading manuals and watching YouTube videos, I still couldn't get the garage door transmitter in our new car to talk with our 25-year-old operator. Royal arrived at the agreed-to time and performed his magic to make it work, using techniques that aren't in the manuals! He also inspected and lubed the door and operator. Well done!

On Saturday 03/24/24 about 10 am the electrical connection to the garage door & opener was broken. I called Precision Garage Door Service. I was greeted by a friendly voice who asked some questions & advised me that someone could be out that same day between 2 & 5 pm to see what could be done. She advised the person would be Joey H. At about 1 pm Joey H called to see if he could come earlier than 2 pm since he had finished his previous job. He got to my home about 1:30 pm. My garage equipment was 37 years old He looked at all of my equipment. Then we sat down to talk about what I wanted him to do. He offered to try to use some of the old equipment. However, I felt that would not be this best use of his time or my money. Plus I got a senior discount. He installed all new equipment & wiring. At no extra cost, he also took all the old equipment & cleaned up the garage. The door moves sooo quietly. It was a fantastic positive experience. I am very happy with my new garage door opener and all the equipment that goes with it. It all started with the person who picked up the phone & Joey H who did the work. ????
