My technician Eric Gellenbeck in one word was GREAT! He took the time to explain several options that I would have to get my garage door fixed. Had an estimate scheduled for new garage door installation. Technician showed up at door and knocked and when wife answered the door he was already measuring dimensions of door. Never introduced his self. Was at my house less than 5 minutes and said I will email you a estimate unless you want to put a deposit down. Very very unprofessional. Your business depends on customers and customer service and what we got today was very poor.
