Fantastic job all the way around! I sent a message asking for someone to come, and did not expect a response the same day. A technician came in the afternoon. Ryan did an outstanding job, taking care of the problem and explaining to me how such problems could be avoided in the future. He was professional and extremely helpful! Garage door broke in am. Went up, but wouldn't come down. Called Precision, they sent someone out that am. Cable broke on one side, but had other issues as well, due to it's age. Ryan did an excellent job. Not pushing. Just gave us options, and allowed us to choose freely. He pointed out issues that needed immediate attention; recommended items that should be tended to now or in the near future due to the age of the door; and optional items if wanted an upgrade. Personnel on the phone were friendly; same morning service; and excellent service on the garage door. I would recommend Precision to my personal friends if they need their door fixed. Thank-you. This was a painless experience for us.

I've been using Precision Door for several years not only for my home but I use them for my company needs too. Before I used Precision Door I was using their competitor which had several names and phone numbers but it was really only one company. I always felt like I was being ripped off because they were holding me hostage and I was forced to pay there high prices. When I discovered Precision Door I was extremely happy to find a door company that was concerned about my emergency and looked out for my wallet. Our home has a 2 car garage with a 16 foot overhead door. We purchased it in June this year and I noticed the overhead door had some bottom seal missing. Since the door faces East, it was really noticeable early mornings. And as our Indiana winter has started, I also noticed the winter wind whipping in on clod mornings. I did some research for overhead repairs online and selected 2 that had good reviews, I called the first selection and after answering all of their questions, requested a "ballpark Estimate" and was answered "about $192, then called Precision their estimate was much less and they seemed nicer to my inquires. So I selected them, got an estimated arrival time the next morning, the repairman called within the first few minutes of schedule, then the Precision office called to verify a few minutes later, the man, (Ryan) showed up right on time, checked out my door, replaced the bottom seal, lubricated the rollers, and the invoice was right on the target. Nice, clean, friendly, efficient, no hassle, the invoice was exactly what the quote was. I could Not be more satisfied with Ryan and Precision.
