My garage door malfunctioned on a Sunday afternoon. Although repairs could not be done that day, the technician phoned to tell me he was on the way early the next day. I was very pleased with the young man ( I thought his name was Joel) who serviced our garage door this afternoon. He was personable and friendly even while being very professional. He explained the problem and how he was going to fix it and then he did. This was our second experience with Precision and we were very pleased with both.

Precision installed our new garage door last summer. At the time we did not elect to replace the opener. This week the sensor failed. Precision door installed new mechanics on my door earlier this year. It was a great experience. I called today to schedule an appointment because I couldn’t figure out why my garage door disengaged with the garage door opener and I couldn’t get it re-engaged. The fix was simple and John B. was extremely respectful salvaging my complete embarrassment. He then proceeded to identify ill positioned sensors, which he fixed, and provided education for me to watch in the future. But he didn’t stop there. He noticed the new mechanics they had installed weren’t working to their best potential. He took the time to adjust them so that the door was even more smooth than it was before. All for the cost of the service fee, I might add. Long story short, AMAZING SERVICE, by John B and Precision Door from phone call to completion. Thank you!
