Our home has a 2 car garage with a 16 foot overhead door. We purchased it in June this year and I noticed the overhead door had some bottom seal missing. Since the door faces East, it was really noticeable early mornings. And as our Indiana winter has started, I also noticed the winter wind whipping in on clod mornings. I did some research for overhead repairs online and selected 2 that had good reviews, I called the first selection and after answering all of their questions, requested a "ballpark Estimate" and was answered "about $192, then called Precision their estimate was much less and they seemed nicer to my inquires. So I selected them, got an estimated arrival time the next morning, the repairman called within the first few minutes of schedule, then the Precision office called to verify a few minutes later, the man, (Ryan) showed up right on time, checked out my door, replaced the bottom seal, lubricated the rollers, and the invoice was right on the target. Nice, clean, friendly, efficient, no hassle, the invoice was exactly what the quote was. I could Not be more satisfied with Ryan and Precision.

Ryan D. Installed a garage door opener for my residence. Ryan was very curious and polite. He was very knowledgeable. He didn't force me too purchases a more expensive opener. Ryan was very fast with the installation, but made sure everything was correct. He explained every detail of the opener and it's functions. Ryan was awesome!!!! I found this company just by a quick internet search. Before my technician arrived, I received a text saying he was on his way and it gave a quick bio about him (where he's from, education, children, interests). This was nice because I didn't feel like I was going in blind and it gave me a heads up to put my dogs up. My technician Nick was really great. He also had someone training with him who was also very kind. Nick made sure to discuss with me what I was wanting to accomplish with my garage repair and reviewed everything before doing the work so that I was charged for exactly what I expected. He also made reasonable recommendations based on the age of my garage equipment. Both men worked very quickly even though my door was off the track, hanging crooked, broken spring and the track was coming out of the wall. I was overall very satisfied with this quick repair and plan to use this company again for sure for any future garage door repairs! He left a sticker on the inside of my garage door for easy future reference. 10/10!

Garage door tune up only. Professionalism was evident. Where is the invoice? I see no cost included in the technicians correspondence. Garage door tune up was completed in a timely manner and professionalism was evident. The only issue is what was the cost? -I see no invoice included with the technicians e-mail.

Had Precision come out to replace the worn out rubber seal on the bottom of my garage door. Upon the completion of that job, Ryan inspected the door’s operation and noted that the lift belt on our 22 year old opener was hanging on by a thread. He replaced the opener with a new one - everything thoroughly done in a courteous, professional manner. Great company to do business with, with reasonable pricing and super technicians.

Numerous repairs were done. Brandon ascertained what repairs needed to be done and discussed them with my wife and I. He seemed to understand the dilemma that we were facing as seniors and on a fixed income. He checked with his boss and we were offered a way to have most of the repairs done without having to purchase a new door at that time. We were very pleased with Brandon and the work that he did.

I called Precision because their website promotes same day service but I never expected the technician to be at my house within 45 minutes on a Saturday! I called because my parents had their door serviced by your company. This was years ago and I could only hope your company was still valuable. I was told when I called, upfront that there would be a upfront service call fee. I was also told I could use my credit card. I had no idea the final cost. I only had $200.00 available on my credit card. I explained this when the tech arrived. He said he would assess my door and let me decide. The estimate was well over $200.00. I told him I could not pay that much. I would have hang a curtain over it and pretend to have a garage door. I explained that I am I single grandma raising 2 grandkids. My budget was stressed to the limit. The tech got on his phone and made it work for me. I can not afford to replace my door or opener. When I can I will call you back and buy from your business. I have already told friends and family about my experience with you and recommended you. Thank your for your help and kindness.
