was impressed the technician had all of the needed equipment to replace a broken opener and a broken spring bar with a much larger and better unit. no waiting for another appointment, technician arrived and stayed until work was done. he clearly explained several options which varied in cost and said I could even pick a combination that best suited our budget. all the pricing and services were explained upfront, and when the work was complete the bill was what i expected, no “extras” I usually dread having people over to do work, but this was good experience. Will recommend Precision and will use them again in the future.

Andrew was great. He gave our garage door a great inspection. Told me what was most important to fix and what could wait. Gave several options to fit our budget. Completed work quickly and the door works like new. Total time to diagnose and repair our problem was about 1 1/2 hours. Will definitely recommend Precision Door to family and friends.

I had multiple issues with the garage doors. Frank, the Service Tech was polite, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. The 20 year old doors needed rollers, springs, and several hinges. Frank also installed new openers as parts for the old system were near-impossible to find.

I used Precision Doors because i had an Angie's List coupon. I have not had a favorable experience with other companies. As it turned out I need new installations which I suspected would need to happen. My technician Mike was outstanding. He was very professional in appearance and action.He was thorough and explained everything to me. I will have the installation later after the door comes in. I will use Precision Doors for any future needs.

mike came on time and called in advance. gave my garage door a 25 point tune up for 99.00 with new ball bearing rollers. im a sen ior citizen on fixed income. and a retired vet. mike showed me where my door could need service in the future. i have to see how money goes after i get my air conditioning serviced. garage door works great--very quiet with new rollers. will call you again when service is needed.

We chose Precision because of an Angie's List promotion in Nextdoor Neighbor. I was attracted to the quiet rollers as noise is our only problem. Mike showed up on time with plenty of notice before arrival, asked what our issue was and proceeded to install the new rollers and inspect the system. We are happy with the performance of the rollers. Mike was informative and friendly, got the work done quickly and was gone in 45 minutes. I had no "hard sell" to deal with. We are more than satisfied with Mike and Precision.

My son's garage door opener had had broken and when we were checking it out discovered that the spring was also broken. I called Precision and they could come out that day but neither of us could be around so I made an appointment for the next day. My son and I installed a new opener before the service tech Tyler arrived. Tyler called before scheduled time and asked if he could arrive early and that was great. Tyler arrived and diagnosed the issue, discovered some other issues, explained them to me, wrote up an estimate with a couple of options for repair. Option to go with was decided and off to work he went. In less than an hour, job was done. I stayed with him through the process and he explained everything as he went along. Tyler is very friendly, and knowledgeable, I'd say he is an asset to Precision. He even set everything up with the new opener before he left, also made sure all was cleaned up when done. Thank You ! I'd give him a raise !!!

The Precision service rep, Kevin Ulery,was on time, was very respectful and outlined other possible problems beyond the initial reason for the service call the that might occur within the next three to five years and the related cost if I wanted to consider a repair today. He blew out any leaves and loose dirt from my garage before leaving and also programmed my garage door opener into my car. I would be most happy to recommend Precision, and Kevin in particular, to family, friends and neighbors.

I'm not sure how Precision Overhead Garage Door Service does it but they give great customer service continuously. I called them to repair my mom's garage door and it was handled within the hour. I had another company install her door and they came out and said "yes that's our sticker but I have no idea who installed your door." What does that even mean, honor your work and fix the issue. How sad and what lack of integrity. If you want your garage door done right the 1st time Precision is the company to select.
