Joel was our technician. He was excellent to have in our home as we solved some issues with the garage door. He got to the point and demonstrated the repair he made along with answering a few questions. I felt comfortable with his suggestions. He did not try to sell me sometime I didn't need at the moment. I am a happy customer and will continue to give Precision GD my business.

Mike F. was an excellent service tech. He did a thorough inspection, explained all that he found, answered questions and did not push us to do anything extra. He offered us pricing on all repairs and installation. He gave a clear walkthrough when he was finished. He took care of all the requests we had. We highly recommend Mike’s work and will pass on your company name to family and friends.

We were fortunate that Precision was able to help us the same day we called at 3:30 pm. The technician, Ryan, gave us 3 options for fixing things, good, better and best and let us choose the option we wanted. Appreciated this and his speed in fixing the garage door. Happy to recommend Precision for repairing your garage door.

When I searched garage door repair near me, Precision was the first business listed. I liked how you have a 24-hour manned phone line to schedule service as our door broke after hours. I got an appointment the very next day. Corey B. called before coming and took less time than he estimated to fix our door. He explained our options and asked us questions to determine what was the best fit for our needs. He was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend using Precision.

Phenomenal service. Originally scheduled technician was running way behind, so the office staff re-routed a different technician who arrived during the originally scheduled time range. Technician (Kevin) was professional, respectful, but also down-to-earth. Excellent experience.
