We were fortunate to have Brandon R come out to service our rather significant door issues. I can’t say enough about his courteous, timely, and extremely professional attention to our door issues. He quickly diagnosed, thoroughly explained our options and repaired our door in a timely manner. Russ Dorsey 6/25/2021

Precision Door personnel are excellent. I’m a very satisfied customer. Precision door has installed doors and lifters for two of our homes in Indianapolis and Greenwood. Excellent care and knowledge shared. Ryan and Ben are both excellent and both exceeded customer service excellence. Their personal history shared via text is a very nice before they visit and they are both soo incredibly professional, kind and answer all questions and concerns with ease. Kudos Precision Door!!! Very happy with your service, care and maintenance.

Just wanted to thank you for sending a technician that was very professional and was able to repair my garage door in a timely manner. The technician quoted 3 prices from critical parts to a complete repair. This was very helpful as a homeowner.

WOW!!! GREAT COMPANY & TECHNICIAN. Couldn't get garage door opened. Called Precision and they were on top of it. Corey was the technician, called prior to arriving. Said he could make it earlier than window of time given. Was thrilled! He was very professional, great personality and showed me in detail what was wrong. He gave me a few options in fixing it and not pushy at all. Worked in a closed garage with heat at 90 degrees. Was quick in completing the job, cleaned up everything and was a pleasure to deal with. You've got a great employee there. Will definitely call Precision should I need future work.

I just bought my first house, and the inspector told me to have the garage door and opener checked out. Ryan examined my (very, very old) garage door and inoperative opener. He took the time to explain everything that was broken, and what my options were for fixing or replacing them. After working through the details on all the doors that fit my budget, I felt comfortable in making the best choice for my new house. I will definitely recommend Precision and Ryan to everyone I know!

Hi Pam, I'm sorry we let you down. Being as busy as we are, and in high demand is a blessing we are grateful for. Unfortunately, there is a down side and we cannot currently do quick turn around. I hope you were happy with vendor you choose. Thank you, Joel Belyew

Brandon was the tech assigned to our call yesterday evening. First, he was on time and very service oriented. Second, he listened and from there looked over the issue and explained what he was going to do to diagnose the problem. Third, he cared. Cared enough to help us understand the problem and cared enough to work with us on the solution. Brandon is a great technician but most importantly a great person. Our dog even liked him. I will recommend your company to my family and our friends for any future garage door needs and tell them to request Brandon if available.
