Our service tech,Vladimir Escamilla was prompt and courteous. After adjusting the safety beam he noticed our 16' door had only one spring, which was pretty weak. He gave us an estimate and had the springs replaced in no time. Will be calling Precision for any other issues that come our way.

The two gentlemen arrived on time. Wore masks, and shoe coverings. They were pleasant, thorough, and got the job done quickly. We would not hesitate in calling them again when a need arrives.

I was pleased when I called your company my call was answered immediately by a very congenial young lady. I didn't have to wade through press 1 or 2 for this or that. She immediately worked with me setting up an appointment for service. When you Tech Josh arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem and gave us alternatives on how to rectify the situation. Took much needed time to explain to myself and wife what had gone wrong. Gave us several choices on various units and with costs that suited our budget. Great and timely communication from the company. Tim W (installer) was on time, polite and knew what he was doing. He even helped us with some last minute changes to the order to make sure we got exactly what we really wanted. We have an older house/garage that has some challenging installation issues to deal with. As a result, the job took about twice as long as expected for a standard install. Tim handled everything very well and cleaned-up the area after he was done. Great service. Would definitely recommend these folks to anyone looking for a new garage door.

Mike was just great! I liked that he did an inspection of everything. He took care of my repair, and was so nice to work with. Precision will remain my garage door service company for sure! I’m very pleased. (Your list, below, does not let me state what the repair was. It was for the replacement of the metal strip and rubber seal to the bottom of my 16 ft garage door.)

My door was just as noisy when your tech left as was before he arrived. After having another overhead door tech look at our door it was determined that the chain rail had an upward bow in to. After straightening the chain rail the door was quiet again. You need to better train your techs on actual repairs instead of selling a bunch of unneeded parts.
Gary, I'm very sorry we missed the root cause of the issue. I was not there so I cannot speak to the cause. I have not come across a Operator with an upward bent rail so I can see where the tech may have missed and instead assumed it was just the age of the operator and the fact it was a chain which are typically louder.
