Really appreciate the prompt garage door service provided my Mike. He quickly assessed the broken door and gave us 3 options to consider. Given that another garage door company didn’t install the previous springs properly nor the correct ones, we continued to have issues from the last repair. Couldn't be happier with the service we have received from Precision. A few years ago they were able to recommend and install an opener, rollers, etc. that worked well with our original 1965 garage door which is extremely heavy, saving us the cost of a new door. They also have been very responsive to calls for routine maintenance and minor service. The tech that installed our unit is typically the one that comes out for service. He's very respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable and has been with Precision for a number of years and is highly complimentary of the company. Happy customer, happy Would highly recommend Precision!!!
