Unfortunately the technician, Tyler Galloway, came during the most hectic time of the week. He was incredibly courteous and professional. Due to a misunderstanding on our end, he was asked to put in some extra work that had not been anticipated. He displayed superior customer service skills in explaining the needs, the extra cost, and the benefits all up front prior to beginning the extra work. This enabled the educated decision to be made right then and there. He even had the extra parts necessary on hand! Overall, Tyler exceeded our high expectations in every way possible. We will definitely be giving you a call should anything else come up.

Kevin was my technician at the time of service. He was professional and pleasant. He showed me the parts that needed to be replaced. Even though, I just wanted service it didn't quite turn out like that. But, that's all apart of having a house.

My Precision technician James arrived when he said he would, quickly assessed the situation with my garage, made recommendations and provided rationale for those recommendations. He was courteous, polite, and answered all of my questions. He provided options, gave me information about each so I could make an informative decision, and agreed to make the changes I requested without a hard sell. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends and family.

This is the second time I've used Precision and their work and service has been outstanding. The technicians arrive on time and call prior to arriving. All work is completed quickly and professionally. Precision Garage Door is the only folks I use for my garage doors.

Our technician, James, was on time and very polite. He explained all of the options available to us and was patient with my questions. He also understood that I needed to discuss with my husband, who wasn't home at the time, before any decisions were made. He wasn’t bothered by our girls or our dogs who were very curious about the work being done in the garage. Thank you for your prompt service and being available on the Saturday before Easter at no additional charge!

I ultimately chose Precision due to its customer rating. I was not disappointed. The service was timely and Kevin the technician was very detailed and thorough. I had a broken spring (1 of 2) on a double door. Kevin walked me through several options to help me make an informed decision, of which I chose the Door Re-Build. I am happy with my decision and will be back for any future needs.

Repairman was polite and professional and fixed the issue we called about. He also gave us a couple of options to fix additional items that our older garage door needed which we declined because of cost. My one complaint was that our invoice contained a $15.00 fuel surcharge plus a service charge. We live in the Indianapolis metro area and found that charge to be a ripoff especially since we were not informed of this when we set the appointment, only told of the service charge.

WE have had a lot of garage door work done...3 garage doors.....So issues do arise. Today Nick came out and fixed 3 small issues on 2 of the doors. He fixed them quickly and competently and then said "no charge"! Ahhhh! Customer service is not dead at Precision Doors!! I sincerely appreciate the help and the great attitude!!! Thanks Nick!
