A broken spring prompted me to contact Precision Garage Doors. In less than an hour Andrew was out. He repaired the spring, then suggested a few maintenance items I may want to consider. THE GARAGE DOOR REPAIR THAT MR. ZATKOFF RENDERED TO MY GARAGE DOOR WAS FANTASTIC. I THOUGHT THAT OUR DOOR WAS ON IT'S LAST LEG BUT WHEN THE REPAIRS WERE COMPLETE IT IS TOTALLY QUIET AND OPERATES LIKE IT WAS NEW. NOT ONLY DID HE CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF BUT CLEANED THE WHOLE GARAGE. Called Saturday morning, and scheduled a repairman out by 2pm. Was there on time. Good so far. Professional, knowledgeable, educating, honest about what was wrong. Fixed the gear and drive shaft of the motor. Did general check and maintenance on both doors. Took about 1.5 hours. Good job. Not too expensive. Under $250.00 with $20 coupon discount.

Andrew and his trainee were just great. Very personable, knowledgeable, courteous, and above all clean. Now I have a workable door, whereas before it wasn't. Broke just as I was trying to leave for a weeks vacation, so called them from where I was staying and set up a service/repair call for first thing this morning. Now I have all new springs, cable and rollers along with a 7 year warranty. First class job by a first class company.
