Amazing +reviews that turned out to be "Right On". Eric G explained the problems with our garage door, detailing levels of repair and the differences in cost . I selected the highest level of repair prefaced by asking Eric "What would you choose for YOUR OWN GARAGE? What I received was a top notch replacement of springs , high end motor, sensors etc, that operated so quietly ,you needed to look to check if it closed. We love it !!! they will be our garage service company for LIFE !! Thanks Precision ! A class A company from start to finish .

Our technician Tony was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and made quick repairs. He was on time, friendly and explained everything in detail. We had a broken spring, which he replaced along with new shaft, bearings, rollers and cables.

Precision Garage Door Service had replaced the springs on my garage door previously, so they were the ones to call when the cable broke. I called for service first thing in the morning, and they were available to come right away! Kevin U presented my options to replace the cable and improve the door's performance. He helped me decide on what was best for me at this time. Kevin was polite, knowledgeable and helpful presenting the fix for my door.
