We had had another company come for a quote for a repair and felt that their “Free Estimate” was anything but free unless you were willing to sign up for services asap. After asking around with many different acquaintances we kept hearing that we should call Precision Garage Door or Indiana. Nick Z came out for a same day appointment and was a likeable and conscientious man who gave us the information that we needed to make an informed decision. We opted to repair our door rather than completely replace. Nick Z provided excellent wand we will be happy to provide recommendations for other friends to use Precision Garage Door Services going forward.

My service technician "Orlando " arrived to repair a broken garage door spring. He hesitated on giving me a service quote until he had a chance to look over the entire garage door. He asked questions about the maintenance of the door to date, looked at the door and then pointed out other not so obvious issues with the door. He then gave me a quote on price and explained the cost of repair. He did a great job. Thank you for sending me a very capable Technician.

A critter broke my electrical connection getting into my garage. I called Precision garage and was able to get an appointment the next day. I forget the technician’s name but he was great! He solved the big mystery as to why the garage opener would work sometimes but most of the time not. It was the air purifier on my HVAC that was messing up the signal to the garage door opener. Since I am selling my house, he suggested that the wheels and the springs on the garage door be replaced so it is a lot quieter and seems to not work sometimes hard when opening. I am so pleased with Precision Garage Door Service!
